Antoine Rotelli

Antoine Rotelli was one of the crime bosses in Gotham City who originally answered to Carl Grissom. Rotelli refused to agree to let the Joker run the city's crime syndicate when the Clown Prince of Crime killed Grissom and took over. As a result, Rotelli was electrocuted to death by the Joker with a deadly hand-buzzer.
