Background
The Artificial Intelligence Research Agency was located in Newport and investigated the reports of the manifestation of Ghosts spontaneous forming in ghostless AI's. They also conducted experiments in creating a Ghost themsleves, howevre, they were unable to create such a unique intelligence with only a Human being being capable of producing such a thing. After a Tachikoma interacted with a Cyberbrain which contained a ghost, combined with natural oil damaging the neurochips produced by Kenbishi, it began to show signs of the basic elements of a ghost.
