A 1994 four-episode Japanese OVA (Original Video Animation) series, 1997 movie (really the series cut to movie length), and 2002 movie.

Ross Sylibus is a cop from Chicago who is transferred to Mars after his partner is killed and he is injured by an android. There he joins up with his new partner, Naomi Armitage. A famous country singer is murdered and it is revealed that she was actually a "third type" android designed to pass as human. Ross and Naomi are assigned to the case.
