Colonel Heller

Colonel Heller was Franz Sanchez's chief of security, as well as the commander of his private army in Isthmus. He made a deal with CIA agent Pam Bouvier whereby he would betray Sanchez and recover stinger missiles stolen by Dario, in return for immunity. However when he attempted to make off with the missiles, he was caught by Sanchez and Braun. Heller was subsequently killed when Braun impaled him with a forklift.
