From Multiversal Omnipedia

Earth-0 was an alternate Earth from the pre-Crisis multiverse that resembled the Bizarro World. It was destroyed in the Crisis.

Post-Zero Hour

Earth-0 was recreated by Alexander Luthor during his efforts to create a perfect Earth from resurrected components of the pre-Crisis multiverse. It ceased to exist when his equipment was destroyed by Superboy.

Comments

Previously, "Earth-0" was a term used for the Earth created in the wake of Zero Hour, as coined by Jonathan Woodward of the Annotated Crisis site.
