Galatea, originally called the Sotai, is a Boomer present within Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.

Background
Galatea is a secret boomer project by Sylia Stingray's father and eventually, the main antagonist. She first appears to be a younger version of Sylia, but after she becomes evil, her hair becomes black and she appears to age to about Sylia's age.
She is capable of causing Boomers to go rampant with a thought and can manipulate technology to suit her needs. Due to the dangers she was capable of, the Sotai was imprisoned underground until she was eventually released.
