Joseph Green

Joseph Green was chairman of DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) who became Acting Prime Minister in the wake of a UFO crashlanding and the disappearance of the real Prime Minister. In reality, he was an alien, a member of the Slitheen family, named Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Pasameer-Day Slitheen, who plotted to start World War III so as to irradiate Earth and sell the radioactive pieces of the planet to a depressed galactic economy. He and most of the rest of his family were foiled when Mickey Smith, with help from the Doctor, diverted a nuclear warhead to hit Ten Downing Street. "Green" presumably perished with almost all of his family.
