Kranix

Kranix was the last survivor of the robotic planet Lithone, after its destruction by Unicron. Regrettably, the former scientist was captured and executed by the Quintessons soon after he told Hot Rod (Hot Rodimus) and Kup (Char) about the nature of Unicron.

In the original screenplay and the comic book adaptation, Kranix transformed into a spacecraft. This was left out of the final film.
