Perez.

Perez was a hired thug working for Franz Sanchez. He rounded out the trio consisting of himself, Dario and Braun, and at times seemed to be the unofficial leader of the three. He served as a close advisor to Sanchez. Along with Braun, he was killed in a chase when James Bond caused their pickup truck to fly off a cliff.
