Waverly, Alexander

Alexander Waverly was the aged director of the New York branch of UNCLE in the 1960s, notable for his dry wit and attitude of "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few". By the 1980s, Waverly had passed on, being succeeded by Sir John Raleigh.
